How do I speed up walking around?

I'm not talking about during fights, and I have the speed up animations setting up (but thats for fights). I don't have the encumbrance setting on. But my party moves so sloowwwww while walking around the environments. It's borderline painful.

Is there a way to make my party move faster at all? I notice if you switch to the point and click method of moving they actually run faster to each point. I have no idea how to get them to go that fast while controlling a character though.

Anyone have any insights? Thanks.

Use a CL25 extended Haste on your party.

So your combat movement speed does also affect your out of combat movement speed? I was under the impression they were separate.

Things like Expeditious Retreat increase your base speed, not a combat stat. Both haste and ER are enchantment boost to speed. Heavy armours will give -10. At the bottom of character sheet you can see your movement speed. Winds of Vengeance is a fly +60, so you can get to 120 with haste. You can get a ring in the shifter dlc that gives WoV.
