Are the dlcs worth it ?
I wonder if they also add achievements or is everything just for the base game

No idea from a achievement point of view, I don't play games for that.

The Last Sarkosian is quite good and adds a decent amount of value.

Midnight Isles - eh, it's ok. Gets quite repetative fast and I didn't find the story all that interesting. Some really nice magic items out of it.

Through the Ashes is a very different experiance from the rest of the game and I really didn't like how they handled the storybook chapters but it's quite playable. Not much story to it though.

Lord of Nothing was a continuation of Through the Ashes story. Was more fun from a "crush your enemies" aspect and added some needed plot. But the story was fairly forgetable and I don't really understand what exactly was supposed to be going on with the next to last fight or why the last fight occured. Maybe that was just a failing on my part though.

I have Inevitable Excess but haven't gotten around to playing it yet.

Several of those DLC give more classes, whichs make them worth it for me.

Inevitable Excess -> Worth it

Through the ashes -> Not worth it

Midnight Isles -> worth it

Last Sarkorian -> worth it

Lord of Nothing -> Debatable (leaning towards not worth it).

My 2 cents.

Midnight Isles are great for 2 main things. If you like roguelike games and if you want a way to easily test out builds and team compositions as you level. The story is actually decent, but it is told in a roguelike way. So if you hate roguelikes your main value is just from the build testing and new items.

Through the Ashes is a low level struggle. Some people like that, some people hate it. I like it, it reminds me of early days playing BG1 as a level 1 mage running away from kobolds. But yeah it's not an epic adventure, it is very much a limited resources survival game/story.

Inevitable Excess. High level gameplay for people who like to jump in, or again for people who like to test out builds except this one is about testing high level fully completed builds vs Midnight Isles where you test your builds but also the leveling experience, when does the build come online etc.

Last Sarkorian. So far I like it, it adds a new companion and all that involves to the main campaign. Also I think the shifter class came with this DLC specifically and shifter is a pretty great class

Lord of Nothing. A continuation of the low level struggle DLC that is Through the Ashes. It's not as low level but still, not actually an epic adventure, I suppose it's more like a medium level side story to the main campaign.

I actually think that through the ashes and lord of nothing are worth it. You don't have mythic levels but in lord of nothing you get something else weird according to the story. It is a different play style than the rest of wotr. I don't think that through the ashes gives you additional classes or something like that. I actually got a little bit tired of mythic levels a little while back and it was refreshing to face against a different array of enemies than the same ones on repeat over and over. Stuff like that I would play kingmaker from time to time over.

Lord of nothing is a nice DLC, with a lot of different set pieces, some very exotic. Sadly, those set pieces aren't as detailled as they could be (the few NPC you met are not really fleshed out, and the zone themselves could have used a bit more characterization).

Special mention to the angel dude who is more a plot device rather than a character. And, finally, i think the end is done too quickly, with a very expeditive ending. A bit like those old kung-fu movies with Jackie chan : the moment the main bad guy was down, you knew you had barely a minute of film left.

But, all in all, it's a nice DLC nonetheless. Also, you can finish it with a very non-optimized party, so there's that. I played on core, and it was a walk in the park.

The last Sarkorian adds a new companion, and You can play his companion quest on the way. Is he needed? Not really.

All the other DLC: i´m unsure how You define "worth it" - they´re not needed for the main campaign, and most are stand alone anyways.

It´s rather that You can play through the base game, and if You´re still in the mood to play more, but don´t want to restart the main game - You can get these other DLC. Some are quite neat, others like the midnights ilses are either to test builds, or to provide unlimited money for the main campaign, while being super repetitive, as it´s basically about constant combat.

Lord of nothing is still a little bit bugged. When I uploaded it into my main campaign the game kept crashing until I told it to ignore the lord of nothing save. The stand alone is still good to play though in my experience. There is one dungeon that I don't really like and I made a post about it.

Last Sarkorian adds some very nice items for the new shifter class and new perks as well - lets say it adds best martial companion of the game so early game will be a breeze.
