Depends what You want to achieve there. Usually the goals are pretty much set and straight forward. I personally found the act quite boring tbh. Also it´s the point at which You probably realize that You´re OP and reach lvl 20 anyways (if You do mostly everything You will have like 8 million or something XP at the end, when You need around 3.6 million for lvl 20), even if You leave stuff out. And You probably know that You don´t need much more or better equipment. I ended my game with a +2 enchanted sword, as it never felt too weak. Would probably do some things different in a future playthrough though, as i now know what´s happening, and learned a bit...

I guess Your best bet would be to watch a video to show it, as there are nonetheless quite some things to do.
