but in Act 3.... I know there are pretty much 2 flags..... the first one is where you first meet some cultists that are his followers.... and after that not far off in another random encounter you'll find yourself in an area with no enemies but traps along the path.... disabling them and right around the corner is Woljiff with the cultists... with a cutscene when you get close....
both encounters actually have hidden fixed locations you have to travel across to activate... I think the first one has like 3 spots.... and the second one has like 2 spots or something like that...
