estador custodians keys
Anyone know what doors these open? I scoured the tower of estador but there was no locked doors to open... im so confused

The two locked doors nearby in the basement - you might have already picked them without the key.

That's the Tower in Kenabres that the cultists are staging to attack the Tavern from, correct? You can unlock the doors via Trickery before you get the keys. That is normal.
