Animations slowing down?
Whether in combat or in general, sometimes all animations slow down by around 50% for some reason, making everything take forver. Is there something I can do about this?

I experienced a similar thing a while back. I think turning off SSR & HBAO in the graphics settings was what fixed it for me. You can try this.

That did nothing for me, but I fidgeting more with graphics I found out that turning off v-sync helped
