Shadowcaster indeed gets +5 Profane intelligence bonus from Umbral Mind, but this Profane bonus stacks neither with Profane Ascension, nor with Draven's Hat and is absolutely useless. The only real bonus Shadowcaster gets is the untyped +2 intelligence bonus from his shadowform, but he loses 4 feats relative to a basic wizard to achieve this which is definitely not worth it.
Unless you have neither Profane Ascension nor Draven's Hat.
This is why I don't like min/maxing. No imagination. No adaptability. No fun, IMO. Just numbers and the single minded drive to make them as big as possible.
