Estocs are also pretty sweet with their 18-20 crit (one with x3 crit) but bastard swards with their 19-20 crit are legit too tho.
I really want to try the heavy armor feats. I was thinking about a ranged build before this update
greataxe with a threat range of 16-20 with just critical focus 11-20 for the lolz with a crit multi of 5.
but just another two hand weapon like the falchion just "better".
a kitsune agi or str pounce build is also funny using an elven great sword like second chance.
you can play this with or without armour up to you.
This is a good point, I normally use bless weapon to auto confirm crits on evil.
and good align can be buffed too very very early in the game.

just look a second chance and well the axe named before.
if you don't know second chance stacks with itself for what ever reason.
A weapon's enchantment bonus will bypass certain types of DR. Magic weapon spell specifically does not grant those effects above becoming a magic weapon. It specifically says it in the spell description
it says this: This bonus does not allow a weapon to bypass damage reduction aside from magic.
you can use it on magic weapons so i really do not understand where any of this will ever matter.
DR is in general not that relevant specifically for a fighter.
It's not a big deal in this game since you get the covenant of the inheritor. But the magic weapon spell is telling you that it will only bypass dr/magic and adding enhancement won't let you bypass anything else, like for example cold iron (+3), adamantine (+4), good/evil (+5) etc
