How to make assassin?

How do I get the 5 stealth prereq to make a new assassin???

you add a point into the skill stealth on each level up, essentially you need to be level 5 to access it.

You also have to be evil

1 rank per level.. Lvl 5 would be the soonest you could unlock 5 ranks in stealth to meet that particular prerequisit
