How to open THIS door in the wizards tower of Lord of Nothing?

Got this door in the tower which require a key, didn manage to find it anywhere. Finish killing the boss and have done all the side quest. Any idea where it might be?

Not a bug, it's just hidden. In one of the rooms you find the body of the wizard whose tower you're in. It's crushed under a dead horse and examining the horse tells you that it's under a polymorph spell. Casting Dispel on the horse allows you access to the body and it contains the key to that door.
