The Last Sarkosian adds companion into main game, and new class. That might be worth it if you do not like DLCs that are not integrated into main game.
I always recommend Treasure of the Midnight Isles and The Last Sarkorians. I like both of them, and both of them integrate into the main campaign. That's often important to me. For most games I avoid DLCs that are standalone & don't tie into the main story in some fashion.
lol... those 2 are actually the ones that made me even get the season passes... mainly wanted those but thought i'd save money with season pass since others were like "toppings".... but those 2 for me were the "meat" of the season passes...
Lord of Nothing does tie into the main story, by allowing you to finish what others started, AND giving you another chance at a certain item needed if you go for the Secret Ending. (I think that would bring the total # to 8, more than enough). LoN is the second Half of Thru the Ashes.
All Inevitable Excess does is give you a bonus Mythic Ability. If you killed that certain something on an appropriate difficulty level, you get some VERY high end items early. AND, it is done also ans an interlude between Acts 5 & 6. So a very STRONG tie-in here.
the 6th DLC isn't released, but is said to take place in Kenabres. With the Knight Commander.
Of the 6, the only real ones that COULD be said to not tie in well are Thru the Ashes & Lord of Nothing. But then, it's an interesting story, at least once.
I just didn't buy Lord of Nothing and can't give any review of it one way or the other. Same obviously goes for the unreleased DLC #6.
The previous older dlcs were misses for me.
