I have 45 severed demon heads in my inventory and the count is still going...

I don't want any spoilers, I just want to know if I can drop them or if I'm supposed to keep them and if I need a lot of them.

For the most part I was just letting them accumulate in my inventory because I couldn't be bothered to store them in case I ran into a quest where I needed them on the spot but now I just noticed I have 40+ of these heads and they each weigh 10 pounds AND I'm currently in the Colyphyr Mines, cut off from my personal chest :' ^ )

pls send help, my party is exhausted from carrying all of these heads lol

You can drop them. Surprised you don't know where they are coming from if you are in the Colyphyr Mines. The information for that is in Act 3.

I always stick my collection of severed heads in the storage chest. The smell gets a little off putting after a while, but that's nothing a little potpourri won't cure.

so you remember why their in your inventory?..... if you found them early enough you get dialogue directly addressing why...

but yeah they serve no purpose and no need to keep them...

but I guess im kindof a jerk when I get them.... they dont sell for anything but still give them to vendors just cause I dont like to leave ANY loot on the ground... lol

I suppose I should've been more clear: I meant quest spoilers. I just wanted to know if these demon heads would be needed later. I get why they're there story-wise. (Though I missed the dialogue you mentioned since I don't often talk to my companions lol.)

their not demon heads..... but yeah if you found them earlier in Act 1 or in Act 2 before you find out whose responsible for em.... you get an extra dialogue choice when the inquisitor investigating the events at heavens edge mentions about severed heads... and you can tell him how your starting to find them among your gear....

Not needed, you can put them in your stash for decoration

You can sell them too. Not sure they're actually worth any money, but merchants will take the heads.

zero gold lol. I'm surprised they didn't code in a thing where if you try to sell a head the merchant goes hey wtf no thanks.

Keep them till the end of Act5, those heads are extremely important for some companion quest.
