[Bugs] Perception Checks and Revealing Locations

Various perception checks are not occurring. Because of this, locations that are revealed through perception are not appearing, such as Ashen Grotto and Ruins of Ashberry Hamlet.
This is also preventing certain hidden objects from being found, such as the hidden object in Drezen's Inn. The game doesn't even notify you of the perception check.

I don´t remember now if perfection check failed was told. But yes, I remember that those locations in world map doesnt give any sign. Wait to level up, buffing or using Arue (and even with that, some perception checks like the ones for the secret ending, can be difficult)

But the game is not notifying when the perception check occurs. This is unusual.

I always hated that it told you if you failed a perception check, because that is just letting you know you missed something, which is information you shouldn't have. So maybe they changed it so you don't see failed perception checks.

One of the recent patches did this. I don't see the perception checks on the world map
anymore. But only on the world map.
