either way, helping Kaylessa is considered the best option in the long run.(morality wise)
It's basically "I hate demons."
You: Okay, so explain yourself and defend your actions.
Kaylessa: No.
Any decision about the morality of various choices, then, is based on meta-knowledge, then, rather than roleplaying your character. Genuine roleplaying and morality both are based on the information that an individual has available at the time.
For example, if I fail to run into a burning building, believing that everyone has been evacuated, and a puppy trapped in the fire dies, I'm not responsible for the death of the puppy, because that was information that was not available to me.
Literally the only thing you are roleplaying here is whether you trust one wounded elf or another.
There is one guy in the tavern who tells you, she is an evil murderer. When you encounter her for the first time, she tells you, she is not. A simple (DC 15) perception check tells you, that she is actually telling the truth.
So Forn is obviously lying through his teeth, which should be enough to want to make you help her, if your MC is good.
SO basically your argument is "she didn't SEEM sus."
Imagine you're a police officer. You're told someone committed a crime, but when you interview them, they seem like a swell person so you decide not to investigate them further.
I actually speak English as my first language, so no.
But you wouldn't be investigating her further. You would be the cop that responds to her denial by shooting her dead anyway.
LOL what ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are you sprouting dude? Kaylessa never spied on any Tavern.
Yeah as is typical of the type of usa-ian cop he sounded like.
Take my award. you said what all of us have in mind
