I can not find the Cats boots from the DLC. Bug maybe?

according to the guide from neoseeker the boots should be:

"Revisiting the tree you took the body from in the previous quest, there will be some ghouls around; one of them drops the Cat's Boots. "

for me, the ghouls are there, but they dont have the boots. I tried alot of diffrent ways of loading the map, but nothing helps. I cant figure it out what i have done wrong.

I searched the internet and noticed that other players are also experiencing the same problem, but there is no real explanation for what went wrong. In the end, my solution was ToyBox. I don't like it because it feels like cheating, but I also don't want to give up the boots.

Я нашел! В третьей главе в Курантглене (Смородиновая Падь) у мертвого дерева появятся гули. Убиваем обыскиваем. На той же локации еще мародеры появились, что убегут в пещеру.
