I hate it, it makes me consider alt f4 and uninstalling the game and never playing an owlcat game again..
doesn´t help that the open close icon get´s stuck and cover the symbols so I can´t see anything.

(I finished it without even using a guide but man the icons being covered up by the prompts made an already annoying puzzle infuriating)

Sounds like you could have saved yourself some trouble by using a guide. But yeah, it's stupid and not worth the rewards.

Yeah, just look it up online. I did that for half the puzzles, including the Enigma ones. They're not that hard per se, but the interface is poor and you are often given little to no clues as to what to do... not the greatest implementation imo.

I miss the good ol' times. Back then all it took was teleportation to skip the bridges.

but yeah the rewards and story bit was not that big a deal so as long as puzzles are this optional I can accept them being in the game as you loose this little by skipping if you don´t like it.
as long as you don´t have completionist OCD
