Edit: okay, apparently there is for helmets.
There's also a Golem that will transmute your gear into looking like any other kind of gear in the same slot. So just find a cloak you like and have fun. I'm partial to the bright red one. And the default wizard cowl is trash. Much better to use that pointed hat that you can find (via skill check) at Heaven's Edge.
Use the mod 'Visual Adjustments 2' to hide anything you want. Its pretty great. Link:

Ye i did, thanks. Physics on those cloaks are absolutely broken hehe. Can see im not the only one having that issue, so guess its a unity issue mayhaps? Anywho its fixed now.
