A general disappeared from my army

Ok so im on my way to Drezen, after Lepers Smile, one of my 2 generals suddenly vanished with all her army, now I only have one where I had two, without any explanation, I just recently fought with her and won handidly, then went to do some questing around and suddenly shes no longer there, nor is the army, what gives, and has this happened to anyone else?

Can't tell for sure, I did first playthrough on release, but I remember some general leaving and returning later (after a week I think). Probably one of the events occured, and you missed it.

Not an event, literally just storming thru to Drezen, there should be no such events on the way there, not from my last 2 playthrus experience. If it was an event and you only had one general at that point youd soft lock yourself out of the game for not having a general to take down the forts with.

Your general always is gone for about 3 days after you reclaim drezen. I dont know why its implemented this way, but it is. Its pretty annoying tbh.

I didnt say I took Drezen, i said im on my way there after Leper´s Smile, some reading comprehension required :P

fair enough. Still i dont know what your issue is, because I have never seen/ heard of it before. The only input I could give was on decadences comment, so i did. As far as im concerned your issue is related to mods. If it isnt, then its a bug ive never heard of.

My horsie is pretty high, and I think I know the answer.

All your crusade armies take damage and morale penalties for every one of like 4 items you loot and the guy you help in Lepers' Smile. You are told to fight the queen quickly as looting will cost soldiers lives.

So my guess is your army got destroyed but your general will respawn in like 3 days or whatever it is.

This seems to be the likely culprit given the timing. Leper's Smile is an exercise in self restraint.

I didnt take any loot though, well aware of the dangers of doing that, also I used that said army after Leper´s Smile to clear out some easier battles.
