A Ley Line Guardian's Conduit Surge uses Charisma for calculating daily uses as well. Though the ability also secondarily relies on Constitution for increased Fortitude saves against the feature's side effects.
Hagbound's Vile Curse is another Witch archetype feature wholly relying on Charisma as a casting stat. It being an unlimited Bestow Curse spell-like ability, rather than an supernatural hex.
