How does an Azata fight Mephistopheles in CORE difficulty?

I'm in my LV20 and 8 mystic LV, but I can't find a good way to deal with this devil.....

I took 3 goes at it on Hard, ultimately I just summoned/buffed and ran in swinging - note I played it RTwP too, some fights Turn Based make easy and some RTwP do, I think a lot of the single strong enemy fights you are better off just charging in and hoping for a good set of rolls after a couple of reloads.

Don't over think some fights, like the Vescovar Queen, Nukeleth, Stauntan - just Rambo on in after a mega buff/summon session.

Others, like Jeslyn in the Grey Garrison (or anything that involves swarms) - obviously those are better in TB.

Yes but that is the key to everything in the game, along with selective wall of force - they are playing Azata, at least something other than DC 4000 or selective rubbish answers are required :)

I finished him with Nenio's Scintillating Pattern(LV8 spell), which made Mephistopheles confused for about 3x seconds without need of will check (absolute a bug spell since the description said the spell should only affect 20LV unit at most).

I buffed up first, then once the battle started I dimension doored up next to him. My party cut down his summons with attacks of opportunity when they tried to move. I was able to beat him at level 17.
