Best lvl 3 feat for a primalist bloodrager?

Was discussing with a friend either Weapon Focus, Extra Bloodrage or Cleave for my lvl 3 primalist...extra bloodrages basically give 3 extra lvls worth of bloodrage turns, while Weapon Focus lets me hit enemies a bit more often, and cleave would allow me to attack 2+ enemies most of the turns (playing on Core difficulty, so there are more enemies than usual)

(was planning on grabbing Arcane Strike no lvl 5 and Toughness on lvl 6 as my bonus feat, that's why i won't just get Weapon Focus no lvl 6 for free)

Grabbing weapon focus sounds like a good idea because it allows you to get dazzling display and shatter defenses. Which bloodline did you pick? You'll also want to grab greater beast totem, lethal stance, deadly accuracy, lethal accuracy, and animal fury. 4 of those you can grab from primal choices, and the other 2 you can get by selecting the extra rage power feat twice. That being said, you'll be pretty feat starved on primalist, so depending on the bloodline you picked it may be more worthwhile to use primal choices 3 times instead.

Edit: It's also a good idea to grab outflank and power attack. Extra bloodrage seems unnecessary since there is a mythic ability that gives you unlimited rounds.

Make sure you check the bonus feats from your bloodline and the second bloodline you want to take. The bonus feats really come on mid game, and if you took them as regular feats early game, you can end up with basically nothing later on. Extra rage is also not needed since you can get limitless rage.

For example I have a celestial and abyssal build. One can get weapon focus and the other power attack at level 6, so I won't take those as regular feats even though it would make act 1 a little easier.

Imo if running bloodrager its best to dip into mutagen warrior for the first 3 lvls. That gives the mutagen and 2 extra feats, allowing you to start the game with cleaving finish (if human) or have it by the time you reach the mongrol village. The capstone for all the bloodrager lines arent that impressive.

That said, I would suggest against taking weapon focus or extra rage this early. Cleave into cleaving finish is best.
