what do you think about Shifter archetypes?

I kinda like the Manticore one, but my fav is still the vanilla class.
I think about a trickster > Legend build with Shifter 20 / Vivi 20

I think if you are going base shifter, you should go demon mythic path. Legend/vivi is great for the fey form, but regular shifter gets more out of demon mythic path.

Shifter 20 > Mutation Warrior 20 would probably be better because of full base attack bonus progression. Base shifter, manticore, and feyform are the best archetypes. Dragonblood shifter is disappointing because it doesn't get dragonkind III. The other forms are alright.

Nah bro. Shifter going into demon is one of the strongest characters available. Go wolf form, many bite attacks, then demon rage with aspect of kalvalkus. Each bite causes a free attack with aspect of kalvalkus, which creates an infinite loop. One bite and the mob is dead. Its really hard to say anything is stronger then a one hit K.O.

You can also keybind Toy Box "Kill All Enemies" to something close by and keep clicking that if you want to skip combat

just got my feyform shifter to legend (with added levels to slayer) and as far amrtial classes go it is pretty fun blender . Though as all martials tend to be rather simple and not much strategic choices than which one to blend on what turn

On my current playthrough I made Wendaug a Manticore shifter and it feels perfect for her. A very freaky mongrel version of the usual throwing build I do on her.

I really want to do a Rage shifter for a main in the near future. Loving the idea of doing a punching build that isn't a monk.
