you try using charge?.... I have charge set to autouse on Seelah... till she gets a horse that is... then I set the horse to autocharge instead of her.... turn based mode when its seelahs turn and shes mounted on horseback if she is unable to charge at start of round I just click on horse portrait and can use the charge from the horse...

You got ragdoll animations turned off or something? Oh and never try Pillars of Eternity, the game with the worst MMORPG combat animations of all time.

Bro how BG3 is really related to this game!! Both games are drastically different in every single aspect. Nothing comparable here.
If you want to compare then us classic BG or Ice Wind Dale and many other like games.

You typing “ I am coming from BG3” does not add anything to discussion in this forum.

I think wotr and kingmaker does very well giving strong impact to hits, the dismemberment in particular feels good, although i wish we could keep dismemberment but disable the exploding because that ♥♥♥♥ looks awful and ruins the impact of a kill.

no no no.... dont remove the explody.... we keep the explody.... granted if it was with every single kill i'd agree with you as being too much... but having crits that knock the enemy off the map like smash bros... or crits that just make the enemy explode are so satisfying and at times hilarious...

hence.. why i asked for an option...

I too wish we could turn off the explody, it looks silly and often breaks the laws of physics.
An option for the exploding would be nice. Definitely agree there but probably a divided down the middle opinion. I'd prefer dismemberment and such things for weapon attacks at least but I do see how things like the exploding aspect or immolation could/would still apply at least to some spells.
