Hell Hound Alpha Breath Weapon bug
I'm not sure if I missed something but i feel like this is just a bug, but at the Islands adventures I encountered this enemies - Hell Hound Alpha who seems to be pretty op with their attacks, from their description they have breath attack that deals 14d6 dmg in a cone and half with reflex save. So its somewhat up to 84 dmg per attack with save for 42.
And so... explain this to me... how the hell does it 1shots 4/6 of my party? with 1 barely surviving and 1 with spell resist, so with no damage taken. It dealt 180 dmg to all of them! in a single turn! I checked combat log and that damn dog dealt 5 instatses of damage to everyone in a party. How is this even possible?! Am I missing something about this dog/ability or is this a bug?

I've had a similar bug happen with Mephistopholes where he'll just keep casting in his turn without stopping. Like.. In one round he used Stormbolts twice, three Siroccos, and eight seperate casts of Hellfire Ray. He would've kept going had the party not died at that point.

I have no idea what causes it, I'm guessing they have those attacks as a Free Action or something and so the AI just spams it until it runs out of targets when on turnbased mode. Restarting the game (not just loading a save, a hard restart) fixed it for me.

Yeah, it happened with some of this type of spells for me aswell, where enemies had quick actions but cast them few times per turn, i guessed that it was probably some kind of difficulty multiplier. But it seems that it's most likely the same or similar issue.
But anyway Breath Weapon is a standard action, so that looks even more strange to have this kind of interaction.
