finally ready to play it, then i see season pass 2?!?

i wanted to finally play it (loved part 1) with all dlcs from the season pass.
now there's a second season pass??? does that mean more dlcs that extend the main campaign will be developed?
this is awesome news, but also disappointing as i will have to wait another year to play it... (i want to full experience on my first playthrough).

Two more DLCs will be released along this year for Season Pass 2 (Last Sarkorians was the first DLC for it). Nothing official of when exactly they drop tho. Or whether we see a Season Pass 3 after them for that matter.

ok wow i already heard the game's massive as it is. do they expand the main campaign noticeably?

Of those released only Last Sarkorians and Treasure of the Midnight Isles do really add to the main game. Inevitable Excess and Through the Ashes are separate mini campaigns.

Midnight Isles DLC adds combat heavy, story light dungeons to main game. It can also be played standalone as RNG dungeons.
Last Sarkosians adds companion and his quests+locations, class to main game.
Through the Ashes part 2 will add 1 dungeon to main game.
Last DLC will add Mass Effect 3 Citadel DLC-like content to main game. Meaning you will solve some problem, then spend time with companions during the festival.
