krebus slaves (bugged)
welp, i just killed krebus.

the whole encounter seemed bugged. all the enemies had just a white square for their portait. krebus himself had barely any loot.

but the slaves are the weird part.
i can set them free (chaoitc)
or send them to my camp, which the angel guy says if i do that there will be bloodshed, that these guys are dangerous.
or i can "attack" them (evil)

but if i choose attack, it says i killed them, tthey don't react, and they don't die either.
i can sit there and choose attack over and over and keep getting more and more evil if i wanted to max out my evil,i could do that here.
i'm not doing evil, just pointing out that this is an infinite source of evil alignment can just attack over and over and they never die, even though it says you killed them.

you can even still send them to the camp anyway.

i took the chaos option to set them free, but they don't even leave. they just stay there forever.

i dunno.

i'm just killing all the slavers because that seems like the "chaotic" thing to do and i'm an aeon and i knkw the aeon is lawful, but then am i supposed to be enforcing chaos in the abyss? i have no clue what i'm doing anymore.
act 4 is such a confusing mess , which maybe that was the intent, with the theme being chaos and all

"A fungus carves passages into the depths, searching for blood. Blood shines like the stars. The fungus wants to shine, too."
- The Lunatics (Krebus slaves)

Yeah - might be a bug. Not sure if mine is. The interaction response about fungus and blood seems somewhat appropriate, but I was expecting to be able to do something with them after the Azata Uprising.

i think what happened is that when i chose the "evil" option to kill them, it says in the text that i "killed" them ,but didn't actually kill them, but instead it turns them hostile on the map and you have to kill them manually.
the bug, though, is kind of an exploit, because you can talk to them over and over as many times as you want to to get "evil" alignment change, if for whatever reason, you're not already evil and want to switch to evil(?).

i did however, manage to "kill" them for good, by hitting them with a fireball after they go "hostile".

I don't know what happens if i send them to the nexus. the angel warned against it and people on the net said , listen to the angel.

it's kinda weird that the Lawful Good Angel warns against rescuing them, but then killing them is considered Evil. . .
i mean, yeah, i could just set them free t go where they please, but then , i can't set them free. . the "dead" slave trader specifically tells me that they can't be set free. . .despite him being dead. .he's still able to tell me that. . .
