What areas, if any, respawn/change between Acts?

I've noticed a few places respawn or change between Acts, never occurred to me to check until now if that's a *common* thing, or not?

Anyone know? :)

Obviously, Drezen changes (as does the new "Curantaglen" area).
but I'm sure I've encountered a handful of other places that varied to some extent after Acts changed

Kenabres encounter change before and after the attack on Defender's Heart. Most noticeable in the tower and market square.

But that still in act 1.

Other than drezen there are no real changes. Except for the fact that most quests in act 3 will fail if you don't do them in act 3, because they usually have a follow up in act 5 (so if you don't do them in act 3, there is no follow up).
