Standing Stone in Wintersun bugged out?

Just did the area, active and pass KW in all stones and no progression or whatever. Did they change something? It was not like this last time I do it.

It worked for me just a day or two ago. If you're sure you passed all the checks, maybe you missed a stone or two. Did you check all the caves?

I thought you have to activate them in the right order as well?

No quest. Eight stones - order does not matter. If you succeed on all eight, the Heart of Stone opens. It's somewhat near the initial Lady of the Sun statue. If you need to find the location, try starting at about 17:35 of the linked video:

I did every single one of them. Can't fail with Nenio 28ish skill.

Yeah, that. The heart of stone don't appear, though.
Meh, I will just use ToyBox to get it.
