I can't find the black dragon in the Colyphyr Mines. It says it's on the top tier.

It's invisible ar first, you need to mess with its treasure to make it appear.

Just to add to Drakes´s, there are 2 treasures in the hoard...one you cannot see at simple sight...

I had encountered that treasure pile before I got the quest. I got the quest and messed with the treasure to get the dragon to appear. Thanks.
