Another year or so later: Does Blood Kineticist actually have a blood blast by now?

Something I encountered way back after finishing my first campaign and considering what to play for the next was that the blood kineticist gets an electrified water blast instead of a blood blast, which is a complete and utter dealbreaker.

Has anything been done on that front to fix that in the billion patches since then?

The answer is yes. They now have red blood blasts
