What class/multiclass best fits the 'battle herald prestige class in table top?

I noticed battle herald was not available in game. I'm interested in that class' lore/theme.

What would best emulate it in game? Cavalier/Bard?

I am planning to play on core.

Battle Scion Skald, if you don't want to multiclass. That way you can choose teamwork feats instead of rage powers.

Cavalier/Bard is also an option. Going Legend would mean you can max out both classes for a level 40 build.
