[Spoilers] New DLC, Gundrun, Key of the Dusk where to use it?

So I've found the half of the door that needs the Key of the Dawn, and I've applied it... but I cannot interact with the other half of that door, and can't find anywhere else to use the Key of the Dusk for!?

This a bug?
Should the other half of the door be interactable?
I'm in Act 3 currently, do I have to wait til Act 5 for this Key to become useable?

That's what I figured, but it didn't work for me.

I have the Key of the Dawn applied, as I said, which should be the daytime one, right?

But when I go to the forest at night, 23:xx last time I was there, I cannot put in the Key of the Dusk, I can still only interact with one half of the door, and it shows the Key of the Dawn in the one tile slot on the left.

Time in the forest is weird. For some reason "night" only counts if it's past 1 am. Afterwards I could insert the key,

Ah, that might be it, thanks!

Hopefully I’ll still be able to do this in Act V, as I’m now already in the Abyss.
