You can't have more than two claw attacks as far as I'm aware. New versions oddly overwrite one another. Temp claws overwrite temporarily. But, unless they fixed it, you can have multiple bite attacks without having multiple heads...
However, you can still use early claws to build up feats and actually use them. Rather than have them be wasted feats until your claws kick in 10 levels later.
I haven't messed with Shifter or Demon claws specifically, but i have messed with Dragon bloodline claws, Monk unarmed strikes (or just the improved unarmed strike feat), and Witch hex claws. It is a convoluted mess and getting multiples of some of them overwrites the others so the order you acquire them in is important.
Natural weapons don't get extra attacks based on BAB. They are designated as primary or secondary attacks and you get all natural attacks when you take the Full Attack action. If you also use a weapon, that will allow you to get extra weapon attacks based on BAB and kicks ALL your natural attacks to being secondary attacks (with the -5 to hit). However, you only have two hands, and therefore claw attacks, so weapon attacks usually replace claws specifically. You might be able to reduce the negative from -5 to -2 if there's a multi-attack feat available.
My favorite Wendu build gets two claws and a bite and turns them all into sacred weapons (for BIG dice rather than the pansy 1d4 default claws) with sneak attack via the Cult Leader Warpriest archtype. Those three hits get BIG but she never gets more than three.
In regards to the attack progression I want to know if the swords used by balor merelith forms are treated as natural attacks, or if they have regular attack progression using the bab.
Any Demon Path experts around?
Another option is manticore shifter. I knoiw it sounds weird, but you get claws anyways from demon path while Manticore aspect is the only aspect that gives dex and strength. You also get one spike attack is you activate the aspect after you have shifter into something else. I messed around a little with an Isles build. My plan was manticore shifter to 6, barbarian10 for charge. Rely on spikes early game until all the melee stuff comes online. Didnt get very far though Tendie Cutter got me good reeeee.
