Stunning barrier, Greater

Howcome there is no greater stunning barrier level 3 in the game, there is only level 1 stunning barrier?

You can ask the same thing about A LOT of spells. Why no Death Ward, Mass? Why no Restoration, Mass?

The devs just left a bunch of spells unimplemented for various reasons.

We're missing an entire spellbook from Pathfinder P&P along with all the classes that use it.

Greater Stunning Barrier is added by Tabletop Tweaks mod. I recommend using that, it adds a lot of missing spells.
