But you have the corruption mechanic. So far I haven't had issues with it, but I can see how others might.
Is it stronger at higher difficulties maybe? (I played on normal, now daring).
The game is quite generous when it comes to corruption (e.g. you can reset corruption 3 times in the Grey Garrison which allows approximately 12 rests before you start suffering from corruption... in a dungeon that can easily be completed without ever resting) so you should be fine.
Cooking in this game is also a pain in the booty. You can buy ingredients from certain NPC's in Kingmaker, but here it's just a hassle to find the person.
I honestly don't understand what the second small box is for. It took me a while to figure out you have to use the second large box on the right side to add a second person.
Meh, just buy it all from everyone, once you have the bling I do a buy ingredients run and never look back.
I mean, it is a 100+ hour per play through game, what is a 30 minute shopping episode really going to mentally cost you?
Except they were cheap and if you took even a measly 42 rations to Varnhold you could rest 7 times, easily enough on Unfair - it really didn't make sense you left your tent and bed roll behind every time ...
