Report a translation problem
When they were thinking about what classes to add they had a choice. Either add 9 new classes or add Summoner, they chose to add 9 classes. Because adding Summoner would have been equaly (or more) draining on time and money as adding 9 classes, or be hollowed out version with no customization. (this is from QA stream)
You can only hope next game after they make Warhammer 40K will be Pathfinder and they will add it there.
Wouldn't be surprised if more archetypes that incorporate some of the summoner rules were added (like the monster tactician)
