Dragonkind form and Combat casting
I am new to Pathfinder and only just begun to find out which class i wanna try.
Found out that i can get Dragonkind form from sorcerer. What i'm asking is, would i need Combat casting if i wanna use a spell in dragon form in close combat or is not needed or it does not work like that. I am having a hard time finding out which feats work with which.

I found out that too.
I am not sure how i can descripe it so it make sense. When casting spell at close range, enemy get opportunity attack. Combat casting give +4 bonus for Concentration check. Would it make sense to take it?

yeah, but there are other ways to nullify that like mirror image for example

Dragonkind is a polymorph effect. Go look at the in-game encyclopedia under
Magic>Spell Descriptions>Schools of Magic>Transmutation

It's pretty long and explains a lot.

As a basic summary, most spells can't be cast while you are polymorphed. There's a feat for that, "natural spell," which is specific to Druids (and other classes with wild shape.)

As a non-druid, you can get it via the Lore Master archetype, but in general, the idea with the polymorph effects for your sorcerer is that you are transforming yourself into a psuedo fighter INSTEAD of being a caster, for the duration of the spell.

Wild shape has limitations on casting, and you need to take a feat to cast spells if you are wildshaped into a dog for example. A dragon has no such limitations. The only downside to dragon casting, is that you cant use items. Such as maximize rods.

In this game, no idea, only know what it says (no idea if the game follows it's own listed rules, or not)

In the pen and paper, things like metamagic feat "silent spell" are used to bypass the polymorph limitation of transforming into a creature that can't talk.
