For angel which you seem interested in, an oracle is extremely powerful. It's not what I would say newbie friendly, but if you know what your doing, it can solo unfair difficulty, without difficulty.
The best class for a first attempt at core is a pure martial (the ones that gain +1 Base Attack Bonus per level) of some kind which gets an animal companion and getting the trickster mythic path. The trickster mythic path is simultaneously the most powerful path in the game and also the simplest to play because it gets all of its power from just giving you better versions of things you already had.
Also core doesn't require mastery, you can get through it as long as you just have one character that's capable of reliably putting out damage.
Read every popup doing your best to understand the system. Once you feel like you have a decent handle on things, feel free to move to a more interesting class. Don't worry about your Mythic Path. Just go with what sounds good. They all have things for every role.
got animal companion you can eventually ride, hexes, spells to buff allies and weaken enemies. since you have to be orc for this class you get greataxe profiency as well.
Might sound complicated but in the end you usually just buff and perhaps throw hex or offensive spell at start of fight and then just ride to melee
I'd recommend Azata. Lots of fun things with no pressure to make you go a particular direction. And you get Aivu. Best companion!
But really, just feel it out and do whatever. They all have good things for any build.
I have never used autoleveling, but maybe there is a class that autolevels sensibly.
Class isn't complex at all, yet it's very helpful for the party and can stay out of danger pretty easily.
You'll want INT to be the highest stat, followed by Dex. The high INT will help your skill point access, and also your hexes. Need trickery and perception as musts, but basically the more skills you have in high standing, the more useful you'll be for the party.
Slumber hex is your go-to ability for most of the first act. It won't always work, but it's great to have when it does work.
Also, make sure you slot Coup de Grace. Allows you to auto hit and auto crit sleeping enemies (and it sneak attacks them). Really rather vicious. This character doesn't need to be front and center, can just be on clean up duty.
Easy because it requires no input during combat - Mutation Warrior. It requires specific feats and you need to keep equipment updated all the time. In-combat you only need to click Mutagen, click the enemies and look at the carnage.
Demonslayer ranger is probably the "easiest" class you can play. Starts strong and ends strong and has a mount to make it 3 times as tanky as a mutation warrior.
