Report a translation problem
So far I have encountered the healing spell bug - when casting any healing spell where character has to move it sometimes does the cast but does not move at all. Luckily after a while cursor changes to spell icon and allows to select target again. This bug is at least 2 years old as I had it in 2021...
Today in Drezen however I have got another bug - this time some targeted spells could not be cast - for example haste from Nenio, hexes from Ember. When selecting target the cursor outline was red. Seems switching to real time and back to turn based mode fixes this but sometimes character orded gets messed up.
I have reported this via alt + b today and I hope they will fix this soon.
Unbelievable that they still haven't fixed it.
Healing spells not using the available move to get closer.
Said healing spell and any other target-able ability really will go red and I can't target anything.
Sometimes fixes itself by re selecting the ability, but it seems pretty random?
(skald) Wrecking blows seem to not work at all anymore?
Visuals from auras are either always on or off regardless of ability state.
none of this was hapening yesterday-
And it likes to couple with a secondary bug where if that spell isn't cast by the time combat ends, then any time you click on a character's portrait to try and select them, the character with the uncast spell will instead run up to them and try to cast it on them. effectively blocking you from using any spells or abilities outside of combat until you either finish a combat or leave the game for a bit.
I've also encountered the new bug. Character needed healing, Healer is standing right next to them, Select healing spell to be cast, click on wounded character... nothing. Doesn't even prep the spell.
have i been doing it wrong the whole time and they just fixed the bug i was unintentionally using or ??
It doesn't seem to be affecting my martials as much. But spellcasters and Hexers have a decent chance to be unable to do things. This isn't so bad on the Hexers because they can just Cackle/Chant to keep whatever they already got up running and that still works. And it's not super bad on my MC Lich caster either because I'm mostly acid splashing for no damage but -1 to physical stats (conserving spells for the important fights).
However, it's happening enough that I'm concerned for some upcoming boss fights.
Seems however that the issue with targeted spells could be caused by this exact patch, as that problem never occured until yesterday evening, so after patch landed.
