28GB update?
Do I seriously have to reinstall the whole thing because of the backpedaling EULA?

It's apparently because they updated the version of Unity.

Yes. 8.1.5m includes The new version of the Unity Game Engine. Also all of the updated game files that interact with the Unity Game Engine. Also, Some Game fixes. Also updated optimized Graphics coding. And lastly, a large portion of backend data for the upcoming DLC number 5 and 6.
