Intractable Free Doppelganger in the Drezel? [Demon path light Spoiler]

hello there. my friend was playing PF WOTR on PC and chose to pick the demon path for his second character. everything was nice and fun, but in act 3 after dealing with the doppelganger, we played for hours and did several missions. when we were wondering Drezen to complete "what do you dream of?" quest, we saw something strange:
on the wall of the fortress, we saw someone exactly built like his character- a tiefling without his armor but the character creation clothes on - named Doppelganger. the character was intractable (chat icon) but there were no way to reach up there! what does is doing there? i donno which DLCs he bought, and i dont know if this was a bug or a plot, and his bard cant teleport up there.

I have the same bug, after being imprisoned, the doppelganger decided to settle next to the Woljif. He has a couple of funny lines about learning your habits and double feeding without a beating, because the guards get nervous seeing your face, nothing important. However, you can install the toybox mod to teleport to the cursor position to speak with him.

I have the same bug as well, and I signaled it. I sent the doppelganger in the dungeons, and he ends up on top of the walls :).
