Scroll of Firebelly?
So I cast the scroll and no icon shows up to use the breath fire ability. Was hoping to use it for a rat fight. Can someone confirm that its busted?

Man i love these games but I'm always feeling like this should still be early access.

Yup, just used a scroll of it and have the buff. But there's no Breathe option and it didn't show up in abilities like I would have expected. Time to Alt+B to report bug.

Firebelly provides a buff over its duration until you use the breath portion. To do so, after you cast it, you will see a new icon in your Abilities panel. This does mean that it would take two Standard Actions to get the Breath attack off (one to cast and one to breathe). That is just how the spell works even in PnP and is not 'busted' or wasn't the last time I checked.
