Game abandoned?

There was something I was wondering earlier. Was the game abandoned because of Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader? (the more I think about this game and owlcat being the creator, it's hard to wait)? So will new dlc's be coming? Or has it been halted?

As far as I know the remaining DLCs are still getting finished but afterwards the game is finished.

The game still receives hotpatches - the latest one was only a month ago. Far from abandoned.

Seriously though, wasn't there rumors of a possible season pass 3 on the horizon just last week or something? Seems like an awful big swing from two DLC in production and maybe even more on the way to "is the game abandoned?"

Then again, it's not like "game is dead" threads are that uncommon I suppose. People make that claim even when there's a million people playing that day.

Why even bother yourself with such questions? Game is playable, no critical bugs that preventing you from finishing it. Half of the classes working. Fine enough. Can't expect more, same was with Kingmaker (and still is).

It is a single player game that easily can reach 200h to 300h, im not worried if this game is dead or not. I worried that I dont have enough time to try different build, mythic path and all the ending or different alignment roleplay run.

2 other DLC at least is confirmed so the game is far from dead.

I am assuming they are obligated to finished the remaining DLCs as they took money for them in the form of season passes.

Well, I think some of the still REALLY fundamental bugs (Blood Kineticist?) that haven't gotten fixed, and Owlcat's focus on Rogue Trader certain give the opinion that this is less of a priority.

And honestly, that doesn't bother me. I have enjoyed the hell out of this game... even when I've hated it.

I've already bought Season Pass 2, so I'll be pissed if they don't deliver on those DLCs, but I don't mind waiting, and I don't expect them to be amazing.

A friend of mine says that if he gets one hour of enjoyment for each dollar of a game it's worth it to him. I personally set that marker more like 1hr/ $0.50... but the point remains: I've gotten a LOT out of this game, and I've still got plans for more.

Don't worry! We are constantly working on the upcoming DLC. And the next update with bug fixes will be ready around July 19-23.
Another team is working on Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, so everyone is doing their own thing ;)

So, when do you expect the full game, with all the DLC to be ready, will it be this year? Perhaps in December? I have the full Pathfinder Kingmaker Enhanced Edition but i am putting WoTR on hold since the versions are confusing.

Do you expect to have the complete Edition any time soon and what will it be called?

You do you, but this is a game meant to be experienced several times with the mythic paths and storylines. Putting it on hold to wait for the complete version is kinda delaying your fun.

I will probably play it in a few months time when i take paid leave anyway, so i need to plan ahead.

I find it hard to keep up with all the season pass stuff so, i just like Complete Editions, Director's cut versions, stuff like that.
