Mythic abilities being mythic abilities cooked by owlcat, they might not have a full description of what they do.
But Normally for extraordinary and supernatural abilities, the ability score is always stated either in the description of the ability or, if the ability is part of a group, in the description of that group (usually in the class description). It's not about your class, it's about the ability itself.
Like for example witch hexes use intelligence, it's stated in the general description of hexes.
Stigmatized witch hexes use charisma instead, and it's stated in the archetype description.
The fact that witches use int for spells is irrelevant. For instance, shamans use wisdom but some of their hexes will use charisma as relevant ability mods. Same for clerics, they use wisdom for spells, but channel uses charisma, and for domains it depends on the ability, some use charisma, some use wisdom.
Some prestige classes like duellist will use intelligence for their abilities.
Charisma is only the default ability modifier for spell-like abilities. For supernatural and extradordinaty abilities it will always depend and it will always be stated somewhere.
In the case of light of the angel, I'm pretty sure it's charisma for everyone.
Let me get this:
For extraordinary and supernatural abilities --> the relevant ability is stated in the description of the ability (or should be)
But for normal spells --> the relevant ability is character-based, for example burning hands can be used by sorcerer (which uses charimsa) and wizard (which uses intelligence)
