For the record, I'm assuming by "Unity mod manager is installed" you do mean exactly that and not that you also installed mods using UMM.
Some of the best modders (but not the original modder), tried to make it work with the latest patch but they couldn't fix it. The game was re-compiled for the latest patch and Puzzle Skip mod has to be re-done from scratch to work.
I'm currently on my fifth playthrough after a long break and just got to Conundrum Unsolved (the first slab puzzle in the game) and I have no idea how this works. Cant remember. I matched all the symbols and nothing happens.
Make sure to have the most recent version installed and to use the correct injection method.
And the symbols have to match on both slabs that touch.
As in, you have slabs AB AA
AB AA will not work, it needs to be AA AB or BA AA
For example in the Conundrum Unsolved puzzle, one of the outside pieces doesnt match the inner piece symbol. Even though the "rules" of the puzzle would imply that all symbols must match. Nope, some outside symbols are traps.
The symbols outside have to be in the row. Not the same order, but those symbols only in that row.
You mean the ancient magic puzzle you're trying to solve doesn't follow the rules you made up? ........ Obviously the holy grail has to be the most ornate looking cup! There's no fakes here! Thundra's face melts off.
