Protection from Energy Communal Shaman Spellbook

I noticed that the above spell is gone from my Wildland Shaman spellbook. It is still there on my save from the previous walkthrough. I tried respecing and creating a new merc, but still gone. Is this a bug or did they exclude the spell in the newest patch. Anyone else has this phenomenon?

I just noticed this on my Camellia. I still have it in my spellbook in my old saves but not in my new one. Bit of a bummer... I always rely on her to cast that.
