Where is my weapon? It's just gone O_o

Just loading my savegame from yesterday in the middle of Ivory Sanctum. My mainchar uses a glaive named "Soulshear", but its not there.
I load some other savegames (4 quicksaves and 4 autosaves back to 8 hours realtime) and there is no weapon. I have a hardsave from last week (start of drezen) and the weapon is equipped.
This is really gamebreaking for me because i dont want to replay a week of realtime :(
Where and why is it gone and are there any codes/cheats to put my weapon back in the game?

No mods, pure vanilla.
I am pretty sure it was equipped before i saved and quit the game yesterday.

i think there is crusade maangment event for soulshear that can unequip it. (fate of soulshear)

There is indeed, and if you selected that Decree, Soulshear will leave your inventory during the "upgrade period" 5 days game time if I recall, after which you will regain it

Damn, just read about it. The game should warn about it, because i am in the middle of a bloody demon infested hell right now, ffs -.-
BTW i can't remember to fight with my fists the last 8 hours (weapon is gone the last 4 saves).
