Sidequest Whence moves the hunger

Does anyone know what location does this sidequest to find the lair of the swarm in the Last Sakoriaon DLC?

Yep, you need to pass a perception check on the main Gundrun map (near the bridge where you spawn SE). It reveals a track; you have to follow it and pass a couple of athletics/mobility checks where you have to climb/descend and you'll find a cave. All of this happens near the bridge, you don't have to cross it.

i followed the tracks & did the mobility check, but the athletics check you need to get into the cave isn't showing up. i've done this quest 3x before & never had this issue. is there a certain other pre-requisite to get the check to show up? maybe i missed something since i'm trying to get the whole gundrun area done as quickly as possible
