Shifter most important attribute

So i choosed strength for the most important attribute because it adds even more strength to the transformations....is that the right way?

Strength for hitting things, but Dexterity and Wisdom will be important to avoid being hit in return. And many enemies in this game hit hard.

Forget about STR, go DEX if you want to be efficient. Weapon Finesse works on Natural Weapons.

Heres what I suggest.

Make a human
19 stregnth
16 dexterity
14 constution
7 intelligence
14 wisdom
7 charisma

That will give you good combat stats. You can swap around dexterity and stregnth if you want to, but I wouldnt. Scale male gives 3 dexterity modifier, so your AC is mostly capped at the early levels anyways.

I just go 18/14/14/10/14/10. I don't like to dump stats below 10.

You can dump intelligence pretty easy as a human, especially since they get +1 skill point to make up for the -1 skill point loss. So go for stupid. Charisma though can indeed be useful if you are going a Lich playthrough, or a good playthrough. However, Shifter has several forms to boost HP. It isnt a big deal even on a lich path.
