No elven notes in Mage's Tower

I'm pretty sure there were elven notes in mage's tower in act 4. I remember there was an interactable item, a list of paper on a table somewhere on the floor with Storyteller and when you loot it, it's elven notes. No such thing there right now.

I gave out all notes to Storyteller before act 4, and now I have only one note with me, most probably I looted it in the caves.

Just note (sorry) the missable note you get by Bluffing then Intimidating a Vrok in chapter 3.

There were no notes, maybe they patched it out? I did watch a video with a guy exploring the mage's tower and the stuff on the table where the notes had been is visually different from what I have in the game.

You might want to report via Alt+b that you didn't find any Elven Notes. It could be a bug.

If you're taking too long the dragon can burn the notes.

the dragon cannot burn anything in the library for you to get the note.

Act 4. And the act 3 tower is called Artisan's tower, not Mage's tower.
